Summary:
Douglas DeNardo is a partner in the Estates and Trusts Department. He represents individuals, professionals, and owners of closely-held businesses and professional corporations and associations, working with them to develop strategies to meet their wealth transfer goals. Doug also counsels professionals and business owners on comprehensive asset protection planning strategies, including domestic asset protection trusts. In addition, he represents charitable organizations with regard to all facets of their development efforts.

Doug also handles Orphans' Court matters involving the administration of estates and trusts, guardianships, and minors' estates.

Doug is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer every year since its inception in 2004 and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America. Doug earned his B.S., cum laude, and his J.D., cum laude, from Duquesne University. He also served as a senior staff member of the Duquesne University Law Review from 1987-88.

Active in the community, Doug is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He serves on the Board of Directors of Circle C. Youth and Family Services; is the Chairman of the Moon Township Zoning Hearing Board and president of the Moon Area Hockey Association.
