Summary:
Tom Solomich chairs the Real Estate Department of Rothman Gordon. While Rothman Gordon is a full service real estate firm, Tom's practice concentrates on commercial, residential and industrial development including acquisition, financing, land development, planning, zoning, subdivision, and real estate tax assessment appeals.

Tom's skills have been recognized by his peers since 1995 in The Best Lawyers In America® and with an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell. He has also been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer every year since its inception in 2004. Tom has been named Best Lawyer's 2012 Pittsburgh Real Estate Law Lawyer of the Year.

He is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the Allegheny County Bar Association (Real Property and Environmental Law sections).

After earning his B.A. from Duquesne University, he served in the United States Army for two years. He then received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh and was named to the Order of the Coif.
