Nick represents clients in employment law claims, including Title VII, the Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), unemployment compensation, whistleblower, and breach of contract claims.
Nick has extensive experience in all aspects of employment litigation including pleadings, the discovery process, motions practice, and trial preparation.
Nick formerly worked as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Renée Cohn Jubelirer, Judge for the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.
Nick earned his B.A., with distinction, in Economics at McGill University. He earned his J.D., summa cum laude, at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is a member of the Order of the Coif and served as Articles Editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. He was honored with the CALI Awards in Pre-Trial Practice: Pleadings and Discovery, Real Estate Transactions and the W. Edward Sell Award for the highest grade in Corporations.
Nicholas is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
