Tomosovich discussed "Issues Impacting New Business" to a group of veterans at the Robert Morris Massey Center for Business Innovation and Development (MCBID) on February 3, 2004.MCBID has partnered with The Veterans Corporation to create the MCBID Veterans Entrepreneurial Training program. Dr. Herbert E. Brown, Director of the Center for Business Innovation and Development, invited Lestitian and Tomosovich to co-instruct his class. Drawing on their experience in Rothman Gordon's Corporate and Business practice, Lestitian and Tomosovich addressed legal issues and ramifications that could be encountered in the various stages of business development. Says Brown, "We need all the real world experience we can muster in every session, and we really appreciate (their) generous contribution of that." Mr. Lestitian is a partner and a member of the Management Committee of the Firm. He graduated, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Mr. Lestitian resides with his family in Brookline Mr. Tomosovich is an associate with the Firm. He graduated from the University of Michigan Law School and resides in Munhall.
