Rothman Gordon: Louis B. Kushner to Present Super Workshop at Pennsylvania Bar Institute's Northeast Regional Employment Law Institute

LOUIS B. KUSHNER TO PRESENT SUPER WORKSHOP AT PENNSYLVANIA BAR INSTITUTE'S NORTHEAST REGIONAL EMPLOYMENT LAW INSTITUTE

Pittsburgh, PA — March 24, 2004 — Louis B. Kushner, a partner with Rothman Gordon P.C., will be presenting a Super Workshop entitled "Advanced Negotiation Strategies in the Mediation Process" at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's 10th Annual Northeast Regional Employment Law Institute. Mr. Kushner will be joined by his co-presenter, Professor Charles B. Craver.

The workshop is a seminar first. The two-hour session will focus on how to effectively negotiate when mediating an employment dispute. Mr. Kushner, who has mediated over 100 employment cases during his career, is teaming with nationally recognized negotiations trainer Charles B. Craver. The duo will present an engaging mock mediation, interspersed with tips on how to negotiate effectively. Mr. Kushner is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's Planning Team. The 10th annual Northeast Regional Employment Law Institute is being held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on April 14 and 15, 2004. Mr. Kushner is a nationally distinguished Labor and Employment Law attorney and mediator. His concentration of practice is in the representation of executives, minority shareholders, and professionals such as attorneys, CPA's, physicians, teachers and college/university professors with respect to their employment matters and the representation of numerous public and private sector unions. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from Penn State and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Mr. Kushner resides in Squirrel Hill with his wife, Sandra R. Kushner, also an attorney. The have three children.
