Rothman Gordon: Lestitian and Puzzuole Nominated as Fellows of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation

LESTITIAN AND PUZZUOLE NOMINATED AS FELLOWS OF THE ALLEGHENY COUNTY BAR FOUNDATION

Pittsburgh, PA — May 24, 2004 — Rothman Gordon attorneys William E. Lestitian and Bernadette L. Puzzuole have been nominated as Fellows of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation. The Fellows Program was established by the Foundation to recognize and honor attorneys who have shown a commitment to excellence in charitable, community, professional, and/or public service activities.

Ms. Puzzuole is a partner in the Corporate Real Estate Department of Rothman Gordon. She attended West Liberty College, earning a B.A. with honors. She received her M.A. from West Virginia University and her J.D., cum laude, from Duquesne University. A member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, Ms. Puzzuole was also the Chairperson of the Women in Law Committee for 2002-2003. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association, the Pittsburgh Airport Area Chamber of Commerce, the Women's Bar Association of Western Pennsylvania and the Commission on Women in the Profession. Ms. Puzzuole resides in South Fayette Township.

Mr. Lestitian is the head of the Business and Corporate Department of Rothman Gordon. At 38, he became the youngest shareholder in the Firm and a year later was elected to the Management Committee. In addition to his work as an attorney, Mr. Lestitian is also a Certified Public Accountant. His commitment to his profession and the community have been recognized in the past by the Allegheny County Bar Association, who named him Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year in 1997, by the International Association of Lions Clubs, who gave him the Presidential Excellence Award in 1999 and by Pittsburgh Magazine and Pittsburgh Urban Magnet Project (PUMP) who recognized him as one of Western Pennsylvania's "Forty Under Forty" in 2002. Mr. Lestitian earned his B.S. from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He resides in Brookline with his wife, Debbie, and their two children.
