KUSHNER VOTED AS ONE OF TOP 50 PITTSBURGH SUPER LAWYERS
Pittsburgh, PA June 9, 2004 Louis B. Kushner, a partner with Rothman Gordon P.C., was recently cited as one of the top 50 Pittsburgh Super Lawyers. Law and Politics Magazine and Philadelphia Magazine mailed more than 34,000 ballots to attorneys across Pennsylvania, asking them to vote for the best lawyers that they had personally observed in action. The nominees were reviewed and scored. Mr. Kushner's total score placed him among the top 50 Pittsburgh lawyers.
Mr. Kushner is a nationally distinguished Labor and Employment Law attorney and mediator and was elected as a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. His concentration of practice is in the representation of executives, minority shareholders, and professionals such as attorneys, CPA's, physicians, teachers and college/university professors with respect to their employment matters and the representation of numerous public and private sector unions. Mr. Kushner is a mediator on the Employment and Commercial panels of Justice ADR Services, the American Arbitration Association National Panel of Mediators and the National Association of Securities Dealers Regulation, Inc. (NASD) Panel and has mediated over 100 cases.
Mr. Kushner earned his B.S. in Accounting from Penn State and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He resides in Squirrel Hill with his wife, Sandra R. Kushner, also an attorney. The have three children.
