Rothman Gordon: Jordan Added to Roster of Arbitrators by Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry

JORDAN ADDED TO ROSTER OF ARBITRATORS BY PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND INDUSTRY

Pittsburgh, PA — October 25, 2004 — Stephen H. Jordan, Esquire, has been added to the roster of arbitrators by the Pennsylvania Bureau of Mediation, Department of Labor and Industry. According to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry website: "The work of the Bureau of Mediation has been expanding in both the private and public sectors and today is the keystone of the Commonwealth's efforts to cultivate cooperative relationships between labor and management in plants, schools, governmental agencies, and other places of work."

Mr. Jordan was also admitted earlier this year to the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Roster of Neutrals as a Commercial (Employment) panelist.

Mr. Jordan is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. He resides in Squirrel Hill with his wife, Susan Foreman Jordan, Esq. They have two children. Mr. Jordan is a co-managing shareholder of Rothman Gordon P.C., having practiced law with the Firm since 1976.
