ROTHMAN GORDON ATTORNEY NAMED A FAST TRACKER

Pittsburgh, PA—May 27, 2005—Doug DeNardo, a partner of law firm Rothman Gordon P.C., has been chosen as a 2005 Fast Tracker by the editors of the Pittsburgh Business Times. Fast Trackers are those business professionals under the age of 45 who are making a difference in their business life and their community. Fifty are chosen each year.

Mr. DeNardo has distinguished himself as a personal estate and trust lawyer, an advisor on family business succession, and as a consultant to charitable organizations nationwide. His accomplishments have been recognized by the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel, an elite group that invited Doug to become a member in 2000, seven years younger than the next youngest Fellow in Western Pennsylvania. In addition, Doug makes education a priority and is a frequent speaker on estate issues for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, presents training sessions for the Greater Pittsburgh Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association for families of those afflicted with the disease, and speaks to various groups throughout the Pittsburgh area on estate planning issues. He also has spoken to numerous physician groups, including surgical teams at UPMC, on protecting themselves and their personal assets from Pennsylvania's crushing malpractice claims.

He was a founding co-chair of the Pittsburgh Planned Giving Council's "Leave a Legacy" Campaign and he currently serves as the Treasurer of the Board for Circle C Youth and Family Services—a position he has held for over six years—and he is serving his fourth year on the Financial Advisory Board to the Capuchin Franciscan Friars, based in Lawrenceville.

Mr. DeNardo earned his B.S., cum laude, and his J.D., cum laude, from Duquesne University. He resides in Moon Township with his wife, Sharon. They have two children, Joseph and Kelsey.
