Carroll, Jr., a partner at Rothman Gordon, P.C., was reappointed to the Swissvale Zoning Board of Adjustment for a five-year term. Mr. Carroll first joined the Board in 1986 and has served as Chairperson since 1990.Mr. Carroll is a partner at the Pittsburgh law firm of Rothman Gordon, P.C. and is a past-president of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
