Tomosovich has been promoted to partner of the firm. Mr. Tomosovich joined Rothman Gordon as an associate in the Corporate & Business department in 2003. He counsels businesses on all aspects of business planning as well as the structuring and facilitating various types of business transactions. Mr. Tomosovich's area of concentration also includes corporate finance and he advises individuals and businesses in the procurement and structuring of commercial and private financing.Mr. Tomosovich received his B.S. in Business Administration from Elon University and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. He is a member of the Allegheny Bar Association, the CEO Forum of Pittsburgh, the Association for Corporate Growth and Rainmakers of Pennsylvania, where he serves on the Board of Directors. Mr. Tomosovich is also the founder of the Young Entrepreneurs of Pittsburgh. Mr. Tomosovich served as an instructor for the Entrepreneur Development Program at Robert Morris University, is a graduate of LDI XIV, and was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2005 and 2006.
