RAMAGE JOHNSTON MADE EQUITY PARTNER OF FIRM

June 1, 2009 — The law firm of Rothman Gordon, P.C. is please to announce that Colleen Ramage Johnston has been made an equity shareholder of the firm. Ms. Johnston joined Rothman Gordon in October 2005 as a partner in the Employment Litigation Department. She primarily represents plaintiffs in litigation involving employment matters including age, gender, and disability discrimination, as well as the Family Medical Leave Act. She is a frequent speaker on employment related topics for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.

Ms. Johnston earned her B.A. from Dickinson College in 1988 and completed her J.D. at the Duquesne University School of Law in 1991. She is a Fellow in the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County and serves on its Board of Governors. She is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and is Vice Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section. Ms. Johnston is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Pittsburgh Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association. She is also a past president of the Duquesne University Law Alumni Association.

Ms. Johnston was recognized by the The Legal Intelligencer and Pennsylvania Law Weekly in their "Women of Year" 2008 publication for her federal jury verdict of a multi-million dollar award for 12 teachers.

Ms. Johnston resides in the North Hills area with her husband and two daughters.
