American Arbitration Association comes to the ACBA

Arbitration and mediation play a bigger role than ever in the practice of law. To keep attorneys up on this trend, the ACBA is welcoming experts from the American Arbitration Association on Wednesday, April 10, from 4:30 to 7 p.m. in the Koppers Building Conference Center. The event will include two, simultaneous one-credit CLEs from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. — “Employment and Labor Update – Arbitrators on the Hot Seat” and “Selecting Construction Arbitrators: Issues and Considerations” — followed by a networking reception, sponsored by Thomson Reuters. Steve Jordan is the Moderator.  The CLEs are free for ACBA law students, $45 for ACBA members and $55 for all others; CLE registrants can attend the reception for free.
