Marilyn Le Lodico
She serves as a determined advocate in commercial real estate disputes and transactions, including landlord-tenant matters, land-use litigation, tax assessment appeals, and creditor-side bankruptcy matters.
Marilyn is also experienced representing community associations and litigating planned development disputes.
With regards to her estates practice, Marilyn assists individuals and families with their estate planning and estate administration needs, as well as litigating will contests in Orphans Court.
Marilyn received her B.A. in Government and Politics from University of Maryland College Park and her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She holds a Health Care Law certificate and was an Associate Editor of The Pittsburgh Tax Review.
Marilyn is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and a member of the Hay-Sell Pittsburgh American Inn of Court.
