Tammy A. Malia

Tammy Malia assists our real estate group in varying types of transactions, primarily focusing on commercial acquisitions, refinances, and loan modifications.  She is also experienced with every aspect of residential real estate purchases, refinances, and settlement matters.

Tammy also assists the corporate group in preparing documents for business entities that are involved in the acquisition, development, ownership, management, and leasing of real property, including entity creation.

With over 25 years’ experience she can effectively manage all aspects of the title and closing process, including document preparation and review, title clearance, closing coordination, underwriting, and post-closing matters.

Tammy earned her B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and holds a Specialized Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from the Western School of Health and Business Careers. She is a Resident Title Insurance Agent, a Notary Public and a Member of the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries “PAN.” Prior to her paralegal career, Tammy was a Commercial Coordinator and Closer for a large national title insurance company.
