Phishing, spoofing, hackers – Businesses today are under constant siege from hackers who are trying to gain access to personal and private information. While the federal government has failed to address the issue, all 50 states and Washington D.C., Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands have enacted data protection laws. Technology is changing faster than the law and businesses need to be vigilant about protecting themselves, their employees and their clients from cyberattacks.
