Gaitens, Black, and Jordan Promoted to Non-Equity Partners At Rothman Gordon, P.C.

Pittsburgh, PA – The law firm Rothman Gordon, P.C. is pleased to announce that Richard Gaitens, J. Black and Noah Jordan have been promoted to Non-Equity Partners. Mr. Gaitens practices Workers’ Compensation Law. Mr. Black practices Employment Law and Mr. Jordan practices Employment and Labor Law.

Mr. Gaitens received his B.A. in 1990 from Juniata College and his J.D. in 1998 from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (formerly PaTLA).

Mr. Black earned his B.A. in History from McDaniel College (formerly Western Maryland College) and his J.D., magna cum laude, at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America ® in the area of Labor and Employment Law every year since 2010 and in 2014 was recognized as its Pittsburgh Employment Law Lawyer of the Year – Individuals. He has also been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in Employment Law annually since 2013 and as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2008 and 2011.

Mr. Jordan earned a B.A. in English and U.S. History with distinction from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and its Young Lawyers’ Division, the Western Pennsylvania Employment Lawyers Association (WPELA), the Southwestern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA), and the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee.
