Lestitian Appointed to Gateway Board

January 25, 2011 — Rothman Gordon Managing Shareholder William E. Lestitian has been added to the Board of Directors for The Gateway Engineers, Inc. (Gateway), a full-service civil engineering firm based in Green Tree.

Mr. Lestitian is also the head of the Corporate & Business Department of Rothman Gordon. Using his experience as a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Lestitian advises closely-held and family-owned businesses on capital formation, forms of business organization and related tax implications, mergers & acquisitions, employment matters, and shareholder disputes and has successfully navigated his clients through complex regulatory matters and litigation. Mr. Lestitian earned his B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He resides in Brookline with his wife, Debbie. They have two children: Chloe and Ryan.
