Lestitian re-elected as Managing Shareholder, Jordan re-elected to Firm’s Executive Committee

Pittsburgh, PA – William E. Lestitian was re-elected by Firm shareholders as Managing Shareholder and as a member of the executive committee of the law firm Rothman Gordon, P.C. Stephen H. Jordan was re-elected to the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee also includes Frank G. Salpietro.
Mr. Lestitian is also the head of the Corporate & Business Department of Rothman Gordon. Using his experience as a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Lestitian advises closely-held and family-owned businesses on capital formation, forms of business organization and related tax implications, mergers & acquisitions, employment matters, and shareholder disputes and has successfully navigated his clients through complex regulatory matters and litigation. Mr. Lestitian earned his B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He resides in Brookline with his wife, Debbie. They have two children: Chloe and Ryan.
Mr. Jordan has an extensive mediation, employment, and labor law practice and is the head of the Firm’s Labor Law Department. He is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. Mr. Jordan resides in Squirrel Hill with his wife, Susan Foreman Jordan, Esq.
