March 31 is The Last Day to File Allegheny County 2021 Real Estate Tax Assessment Appeals.

The deadline to file an Allegheny County Board of Property Assessment Appeals and Review 2021 Annual Appeal for commercial and residential real estate is March 31, 2021.

The COVID-19 pandemic has placed extreme burdens on the travel, entertainment, and hospitality industries. Many area commercial real property owners have been negatively affected by the downturn in those industries and are seeking reductions to the tax assessed value of their real estate.
