Robert J. Waine joins Rothman Gordon

Pittsburgh, PA – The attorneys of Rothman Gordon are pleased to announce that Robert J. Waine has joined the firm. Mr. Waine represents businesses in a broad spectrum of matters including commercial transactions, corporate formation, real estate, employment issues and litigation. In addition to his corporate practice, Mr. Waine has experience in the oil and gas industry related to ownership and leasing of natural gas interests in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio, including the preparation of title opinions.

Mr. Waine earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Pace University School of Law. He also holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Rochester and a B.C.L. from Wadham College, Oxford University.
