Questions with Frank
What do you enjoy most about what you do?
It may sound like a cliché, but the satisfaction of helping clients out of difficult situations when they feel they have nowhere to turn has always been a driving force for me. The gratitude shown by those clients is priceless.
Talk about a time you really went above and beyond for a client.
I still get a chuckle over a time when I was negotiating an 8-figure settlement for a client in a contentious case. I was still on the phone at 3:30 AM at the client’s office, and when I finished the call, I realized everyone else had gone home, leaving me a note that I should lock up before I left. After making the hour trip home and getting back to my office with about 2 hours’ sleep, I realized that I was in a suit but still wearing my bedroom slippers!
