Paul Yagelski Sworn in to Practice in West Virginia

Pittsburgh, PA – Rothman Gordon attorney Paul R. Yagelski has been sworn in to practice law in West Virginia. Mr. Yagelski, who is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and Ohio, made the decision to seek admission to the West Virginia Bar to better serve his clients.
Mr. Yagelski joined Rothman Gordon in 1994 and practices in the areas of oil and gas law, creditor’s and debtor’s rights, commercial law, and litigation. In 2012, Mr. Yagelski was named co-chair of Rothman Gordon’s oil and gas practice, representing landowners. Mr. Yagelski has represented numerous landowners in Western Pennsylvania in oil and gas matters including negotiation of oil and gas leases and pipeline right of way agreements and litigation. In addition, Mr. Yagelski’s litigation practice includes commercial litigation, and bankruptcy actions. Mr. Yagelski earned his B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Scranton and his J.D. at Duquesne University School of Law. He is a member of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. Mr. Yagelski resides in Mount Lebanon.
